Develop and Design data models adhering to our platform guidelines and standards in order to satisfy the functional and non-functional requirements.

 
Your role
 
 
As a DB2 Data Modeller your main responsibilities will involve

 

* Develop and Design data models adhering to our platform guidelines and standards in order to satisfy the functional and non-functional requirements.
* Ensure, in collaboration with Data Architect  and platform manager, scalable and high performance solutions.
* Provide application support for IT related  problems in the area of  DB2 related topics.
* Constant learning and application of the newest features to ensure up to date solutions,
* Write technical documentation to ensure maintainability of developed application.
* Support Analysis & Design process from a technical and feasibility point of view.

 

Your Skills and Experience
 
As a DB2 Data Modeller your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

* Bachelor Degree (IT), Master degree or Technical Diploma or equivalent

* Experience in the development and maintenance of complex data base models on IBM DB2 (2 years)

* Experience in agile IT development methodologies (e.g:. SCRUM).

* Prior experience working in a financial services environment desirable, preferably insurance.

* Fluent English is a must

 
Additional Information
 
Primary work location is Bratislava, with occasional travel depending on the nature and level of involvement in respective projects
