Our opportunity

 

You will play a key role in the alignment and planning of regular and project deployments in close collaboration with platform managers as well as in alignment with enterprise architects.

 

 
Your role
 
You will be responsible for the successful deployment of releases into the production environments across 9 different platforms.

 
As a Release Manager your main responsibilities will involve
* Establish release management for the BI platforms and - applications
* Planning, communicating and maintaining the test and release plans across platforms
* Facilitate the release process concerning both testing and release management and measuring the success rate.
* Managing project expectations concerning agility and deployment standardisation
* Further contributing to the project governance process for BI Platforms with the objective to maximize solution quality and project success in close collaboration with the architecture teams (enterprise architecture / solution architecture) and service- and platform Managers

 

Your Skills and Experience
 
As a Release Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

* Bachelor Degree, Master degree or Technical Diploma or equivalent

* Prior experience working in a financial services environment desirable, preferably insurance

* Over 5 years of experience with test- and release management

* ITIL certification

* Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are beneficial
