Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

The candidate will provide business process analysis and business insights as appropriate and work closely with the Head and Deputy Head of GPPR to support the performance reporting process with standard reports and ad-hoc analytics
The candidate will be entitled to:
٠ Support the process to prepare standard deliverables and ad-hoc analytics for external result presentations during quarterly Closes,
٠ Support monthly close processes for expense actuals reporting in GFER (Global Functional Expense Reporting system),
٠ Monitor FTE reporting and support FTE data quality improvements,
٠ Lead monthly cost center re-mapping process, involving collection of requests, performing systems downloads and liaising with internal stakeholders for mapping approvals,
٠ Monitor GFER for data Quality,
٠ Take ownership of providing regular data extracts to internal stakeholders and support any ad hoc requests,
٠ Closely collaborate with SAP team around expense masterdata topics supporting new implementations,
٠ Handle authorization requests for GFER,
٠ Maintain and update internal documentation.

Requirements:
٠Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar,
٠Professional with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance / Re-insurance industry
٠IT affinity is a big plus; Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus (MIS/BW/BPC/Cognos TM1/Hyperion),
٠Experience with MS Office applications: in particular Excel and PowerPoint desired,
*willing to travel (occasionally),
*MS office proficiency,
٠Good numerical skills; knowledge of Finance / Accounting is very important,
٠Fluent English Language skills,
٠Ability to foster change, displaying both persistence and resilience,
٠Problem-solving, decision-making and judgment skills,
٠Excellent communication skills,
