Job description, responsibilities and duties

- we are looking for tho new joiners - one with SAP experience and one with any kind of dashboard/visualization experience

PURPOSE

To provide business process analysis and technical development on EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and BI (Business Intelligence) systems and tools.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

٠ Promote, leverage and integration of PPM (Planning & Performance Management) systems and platforms in planning/forecasting/reporting and related processes across the Group.
٠ Support development of dashboards and self-service visualization tools.
٠ Support the development in SAP BPC system based on agreed and defined business requirement specifications.
٠ Ensure that the environment, models, master data, data flow and security is set-up based on existing standards and best practice,
٠ Coordinate with local PPM teams and G-IT to ensure successful transformation of current PPM systems landscape.
٠ Work with FSM application managers and GOT BI platform managers to implement MIS systems components.
٠ Support responsible business analysts and business stakeholders in formulating business requirements for respective implementations.

Personality requirements and skills

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

٠ Degree in IT, Mathematics or similar
٠ Professional with at least 3 years of experience in development, administration or similar either in
SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP IP, SAP HANA or
any kind of dashboard or visualization tool (e.g. TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Design Studio, Lumira etc.)
٠ Experience with MS Office applications: in particular Excel (VBA Macros) is essential, Word and PowerPoint desired
٠ Experience of designing/implementing OLAP/ROLAP/HOLAP platforms
٠ Experience with other platforms (SharePoint, SQL, ABAP, etc.) an advantage.
٠ Project experience (PMI, PRINCE2, agile, SCRUM, Lean etc.) is key, as coordination of diverse parties and interests is an important element of role.
٠ Experience in working closely with IT development teams.
