Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Team Leader Customer Service oversees and coordinates the customer portfolio, policy issuance, customer service tasks, country coordination and country expertise.

She/he is leading a team of Customer Service Specialists. The Team Leader provides guidance, instruction, direction and coaching to the team members for achieving the key performance objectives in the field of Customer Service.

The Team Leader Customer Service is monitoring the quantitative and qualitative result and address issues, if necessary. She/he will coordinate tasks and workload and act as a supervisor for issues related to Customer Service.

Key accountabilities:
• Support the quality, efficiency and scalability of IPZ Network Operations so it:
- is recognized as competitive advantage by customers and brokers
- provides a platform for growth for GI
• Maintain Policy and Premium data in IPS and other local tools
• Act as human interface between PC’s and Partners
• Instruct Partners on Policy/Invoice issuance
• Ensure that local policy mirrors PC requirements and match with IPS (International Program Business)
• Actively support IP Operations and the Network
• Ensure high quality of information to all parties concerned and liaise closely with IPZ Operations and Network on all matters concerned
• Deliver according to Operating Directives (OD)
• Deliver according to Quality@IPZ targets and operational goals
• Work according to the agreed Hub processes
• Support Partner Relationship Management by maintaining close day to day contact with peers at the partner offices
• Support Hub Manager and Team Leader Operations in coaching and training team members and partners
• Develop and maintain knowledge and expertise about the countries (i.e. the insurance markets) within the Hub territory.

Support the Team Leader Operations in:

• Information gathering for bookings of premium and claims in IPS, according to agreed standards
• Quality Assurance requirements: providing and maintaining of data and information that is relevant for the Operations Team.

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Several Years of Experience in insurance role (Claims, UW, UWS or Reinsurance)
