Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for Test Activity delivery within projects to ensure delivery of testing services provided by the organization.

Will support internal initiatives and actively participate during its conceptualization phase to implementation.

Advice to the business on best practices that protect Zurich’s best interests.

Trouble shooting and mitigation of issues experienced by team and projects.


This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery for assigned projects.

Key tasks include:
• Support strategic and tactical initiatives
• Up hold Zurich Standard processes and practices
• Test Design with various techniques
• Test Execution based on plan and defined priorities
• Raising defects appropriately, following standard defect lifecycle process
• Report on project status to Test Management
• Collaborate with global teams on strategy updates, planning, and investment prioritization

• test automatization experience (3 years at least)
• experience of business transformation
• ITSQB Foundation Level
• good knowledge of databases, middleware, web services and related standards
• experience with BI or ETR
• positive attitude, strong communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities
• team player and able to create and work in a collaborative environment
• German language advantage
