Job description, responsibilities and duties

PURPOSE
Acts as a partner in area of Labour code, Performance management, Recruitment, Training and development, Talent management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participates in the recruitment process, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
• Assists in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotion.
• Identifies training needs and determines project costs/benefits.
• Provides overall guidance to training and development activities throughout the organization unit
• Held new joiner and leaver agenda, incl. new joiner trainings
• Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management in assigned area
• Provide support in Performance management cycle
• Provide comprehensive support on HR projects
• Perform other tasks according to instructions of supervisors within the scope of the work agreed
• Act as a deputy of HR specialist
