Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Conducts sophisticated claims data mining and analytic investigations to spot underlying root causes on behalf of the Claims Analyst and Management
- Develops and tests new analytical tools
- Works closely together with Reserving and Pricing department, learn and improve for cross functional benefits
- Monitors and verifies the operational and financial BU claims performance and follows up in case of unexpected unfavorable developments
- Drives the claim analytics from development to delivery and any subsequent improvements
- Support developing analytical and dynamic dashboards for different user groups using modern dashboarding tools.
