Lending Process Analyst

In our team YOU would be the right-hand of our Head of Lending Process Management. Your common challenge is the continual improvement of our lending process and making sure it is user-friendly for clients & employees and simultaneously in line with regulations and internal directives.

The two main responsibilities of our Lending Process Analyst are to:
* gather relevant ideas from specific departments (Risk management, Product management, Back Office, etc.) involved in lending process and
* drive prioritization, ensure balance between simplification/ standardization.
On the other hand, you would be responsible for
* process change coordination with different lending process stakeholders
* collection, reporting and performance metrics analysis (cycle time, cost, capacity, quality, speed etc.)
* maintenance and process infrastructure update (i.e. process maps, measurements, KPIs)
* qualitative and quantitative supervision of the lending process.
