Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* To become responsible for part of the banking applications
* Communicate with business process owners, collect initial business requirements, perform functional analysis and agree with the internal developers or vendor on the implementation of the requirements into the particular application
* Have knowledge of processes and core IT applications/system and perform:
- Verification of customization and parameterization requirements
- Functional specifications/ design for customization changes
- Configuration changes in the application based on specified business requirements (includes application parameterization)
* Act as a project manager for small customization projects in already running countries (covering whole project lifecycle, including verification of test cases and correct execution of testing in the functional areas)
* Using functional expertise in the application, provide resolution to application incidents and advices to IT ops, Helpdesk
* In case the issue cannot be resolved by know-how within team, contact 3rd level of support
