Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for
* Reporting and thorough analysis of credit risk policy, including testing of potential policy adjustments, its feasibility and viability.
* Management of cross-sell programs from Risk side, namely preparation of cross-sell campaigns, liaison with stakeholders on its development and improvement, and analysis of programs outcome.
* Driving the volume results of cross-sell programs by proposing new activities and improving approval and pull-through rates of campaigns.
* Oversight of reporting to Credit Bureaus and SOLUS database, improvement of reporting quality and co-operation with Credit Bureau and SOLUS representatives.
* Implementation and oversight of revolving limit management program.

* Excellent reporting and analytical skills;
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Good knowledge of SQL will be taken as advantage;
* Precise, diligent, detail oriented and systematic;
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills;
* Ability to work in team and on individual assignments as well;
* Experience in the banking system, especially in credit products is preferable;
* Ability to deliver under/cope with time pressure;
* Good command of English
