Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be responsible for managing the BI team and for gathering, consolidating and analysis of business requirements regarding BI/DWH, design and execution of standard and ad hoc business reports, active metadata management and data stewardship, assurance of data quality and user acceptance testing for DWH.
* Act as Team Supervisor for BI
* Contact for all internal reports to be generated from DWH for diverse ZUNO departments including gathering, consolidating and analysis of business requirements and designing and execution of these reports, whereas both ad hoc as well as standard reports should be covered
* Active metadata management regarding reports for financial stream as well as data dictionary management
* Ensuring business and technical quality of the data in DWH/reports
* Maintaining of report catalogue
* Data reconciliation
* Active participation in DWH building in BI related tasks including UAT testing
* Access rights management – DWH and other production systems
* Related Vendor management

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* At least 5 years experience in Business Intelligence functionalities and DWH
* Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling combined with profound and quick understanding of business requirements and relationships.
* SQL skills, Statistical skills (data mining techniques)
* Familiar with recent database technologies, data integration and reporting tools
* Excellent communication, negotiation and social skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
* High level of initiative and persistence, dynamic and self starting, cultural awareness, team orientation
* Creative and solution-oriented approach, hands-on approach
* Strong analytical skills, experience with financial modeling combined with profound and quick understanding of business requirements and relationships.
