MY JOB IN ZUNO IN A FEW WORDS
Responsible for the implementation and management of the strategic plan for product portfolio of ZUNO CZ.
To maintain close relationships with the market for awareness of market needs. Responsible to create competitive and profitable products and products enhancement ensuring that short and long term plans are successfully met.
MY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor competition and market trends. Develop and implement new products and features that satisfy and exceed customer needs
* Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary product expertise and support to enable them to sell the product.
* Constantly look for new ideas and implement products and services which add more value to the Direct Bank’s customers. Search and reapply industry best practices and cutting edge innovation.
* Adapt to changing priorities, balances several projects simultaneously, and take the initiative to research and resolve issues/challenges.
* Manage the product profitability and growth by defining and executing strategies that produce the desired growth in revenues and profits as well as customers and/or accounts. Actively manages costs related to the products processes.
* Design, monitor and improve all product processes related to loan products. Works closely with risk, legal, compliance, accounting, tax, etc. Ensures that products and processes are user-friendly and comply with regulations and internal directives.
* Develop campaign ideas together with marketing that help sell the products
