Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Acting as a junior advisor in all legal, compliance and regulatory issues concerning the banking activities of the Slovak Branch of ZUNO (SK Branch) under the supervision of the Legal Manager of the SK Branch.
• Regulatory:
Supports SK Branch in all banking activities and regulatory matters, in particular in property (leasehold), employment, consumer protection, competition and intellectual property matters.
• Corporate:
Supports the development and implementation of the internal rules and regulations for the SK Branch in coordination with HO. Supports the monitoring of legal and regulatory developments and updates on internal rules and regulations within the SK Branch.
• Contracts:
Supports the drafting of and reviews of contracts governed by Slovak laws; administers and updates standardized contractual templates used by SK Branch.
• Litigation:
Supports litigation and court proceedings relating to the operational activities of ZUNO in Slovakia.
• Knowledge management:
Contributes to the knowledge management program and ensures that know-how is documented and centrally available to employees,
• Support for HR:
Provides for the legal support of HR in staff related matters connected with SK Branch employees, in particular those governed by the Slovak labor law.
• Projects:
Participates in ad-hoc projects related to the (new) product development according to business needs and ensures compliance with the laws of countries of operation and provides legal consultancy services to business owners of products/processes related to the projects

• Creative and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of initiative and persistence, dynamic and self starting, cultural awareness, team orientation
