Product Analyst

MY JOB IN ZUNO IN A FEW WORDS
The position covers the development of Deposit products in all ZUNO counties across all channels. You will be responsible for successfully developing, testing and delivering to customers cost-efficient products and offering support to operational departments.

MY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for business requirements definition and review of business documentation
* Propose improvements which add more value to the Direct Bank’s customers
* End-to-end owner of Deposit products – Current Account, Current Account Plus. Savings, Savings Plus, and all Term deposit tenors and Statements.
* Designs, monitors and improves owned area including integration across different channels
* Support to other Product Development areas mainly Payments, Loans and Cards
* Coordinate the collection of requirements from other ZUNO departments and other business users related to customer related processes
* Responsible for testing of Deposit product area and related functionality, and for final sign-off of application before deployment to production
* Supervise testing of customer related processes
* Support solving of production issues within respective area of responsibility
* Monitor competition and market trends in area of Deposits products process to apply industry best practices. Achieve balance between simplification/standardization
* Within executing of his tasks works closely with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Tax and other departments
* Interact with vendors and delivery team to maintain smooth production
* Measure and analyze channels effectiveness for client related processes
