Job description, responsibilities and duties

1. Software installation, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment using ZTE products and 3rd party.
2. Providing ongoing customer support throughout implementation as well as driving new convergence solutions development in order to meet the customer's expectations.
3. Assist System Engineer in customer requirement gathering and analysis.
4. Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
5. Training local staff and performing technical skills transfer
6. Implement solutions in lab or customer network using ZTE products and 3rd party.
7. Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.

5. Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning;
6. Good knowledge of core network technologies and related protocols required;
7. Installation and configuration of servers, routers, and switches highly desired;
8. Knowledge of ZTE RAN products and platforms.
