Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. Software installation, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment using ZTE products and 3rd party.
2. Providing ongoing customer support throughout implementation as well as driving new convergence solutions development in order to meet the customer's expectations.
3. Assist System Engineer in customer requirement gathering and analysis.
4. Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
5. Map test cases to detailed requirements.
6. Contribute at customer site visits as the solutions expert.
7. Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
8. Implement solutions in lab or customer network using ZTE products and 3rd party.
9. Training local staff and performing technical skills transfer

1. Fluent English in written, reading and speaking;
2. Excellent knowledge of Telecom and Network technologies (SS7, Diameter, HTTP, Radius, SMPP, SIP, NTP,);
3. Good knowledge on Linux, Sybase,Oracle;
4. Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning (SNMP, LDAP, SOAP);
5. Good knowledge of wireless technologies (call flow) and related protocols required;
6. Installation and configuration of servers, routers, and switches highly desired;
7. Security and Authentication experience also highly desired;
8. Experience working with different streaming (HTTP, RTSP, RTP) standards;
9. Knowledge of ZTE VAS products and platforms.
