Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. Responsible for RAN equipment installation, roll out, commissioning and acceptance.
2. Performing the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement.
3. Management and supervision of RAN performance
4. Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues
5. Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request
6. Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
7. Define RAN performance parameter and establish checking mechanism.
8. Share the experience to all team members;
9. Take all kinds of technical trainings and improve the maintenance skills about RAN Network;
10. Cooperate with other teams such as RF optimization team

Fluent English in written, reading and speaking;
RAN installation、commission and integration experience Over 2 years
Excellent knowledge of Telecom and Network technologies;
Good knowledge on Linux, Sybase,Oracle;
Strong knowledge of network management and provisioning;
