Area Sales Manager

Your duties

• Acquisition of new customers and establish-ment of long-term customer relationships

• Responsibility for profit and sales target achievement in assigned region

• Identification of market potential and follow-up of business opportunities

• Preparation and conduct of sales negotiations up to contract closure

• On-site monitoring of projects

• Monitoring and analysing the market and com-petition

Your profile

• Master's degree in technical science

• Sales experience in the project business, ideally in the lighting industry, addressed to architects, planners and investors within an international environment

• Strong commercial skills and ability to
create long-term business partnerships

• Experience in sales of hi-tech solutions (LED and lighting management systems)

• Fluent in English

• Outgoing personality with excellent commu-nication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand, communicate and execute corporate goals
