Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Support and enable the development and execution of
the global parts family strategy, including in-depth
analysis of the supply base capabilities, footprint and
technology required to support the specific parts family
requirements in addition to leading the annual cost
reduction strategies (negotiations, GCS, VAVE) for the
various parts family suppliers globally
  • Frequent cross-functional communication (quality,
supplier development, engineering, operations) to
identify opportunities for continuous improvement and
future business benefits this includes regular supplier
visits
  • Lead the supplier business review process with a focus
on continuous improvement in quality, delivery and
value
  • Identify and develop suppliers with innovative
technologies that can potentially reduce costs and
increase our competitiveness
  • Conduct and lead procurement activities for new and
transferred projects in accordance with the
procurement decision process and work with
purchasing tools such as COPS, SWAT or MAPS to
ensure the correct data is in the system and the
process is followed

interpersonal and cross-cultural expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

Levický závod, ktorý je súčasťou Prevádzkovej jednotky Moduly tlmenia, zahájil svoju výrobu v roku 2008 a v súčasnosti zamestnáva vyše 700 zamestnancov.
