Job description, responsibilities and duties
Lead ZF Human Resources Programs i.e. proFILE (developmental program for future leaders) , Talent management (developmental program for specialists) and SteeR (evaluation process for non-tarif employees) programs/tools:
• Identify and develop high potentials (both for managerial and specialist positions) in cooperation with the management teams
• Organize, moderate and document the results of ProFILE, Talent management and SteeR-Evaluation Panels
• Define individual development plans for the proFILE and Talent management candidates
• Design and develop leadership training in close cooperation with the Specialist for HR Development
• Support recruitment efforts for all management positions and succession planning
• Interface to the HR departments in Germany: Administer relevant data, maintain database, etc.
• Consult, support and prepare managers and employees in all questions of international transfers
• Overall responsibility for HR marketing activities and HR marketing campaigns
• Supporting internal customers in using HR marketing tools and keeping the corporate identity and design manual rules
• Company key person for personal data protection code and responsibility for internal processes and activities comply with personal data protection law
• Perform other incidental and related duties and project work as required and assigned

• At least 3 years experience in Human Resources
• Experience in assessing potential (for example in Recruiting or HR Development)
• Experience with HR marketing is a great asset
• Knowledge of Personal data protection act and its application is a great asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, moderation, presentation and organizational skills
• Position will be based either in Trnava or Levice - ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable ( at least one day per week in plant in Levice/Trnava is required)
• Must be fluent in English - German is a plus
