Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

Job purpose:

To promote, improve and optimize sales of CEPIA portfolio - API / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients / within Central and Eastern European countries

Your resposibilities:



Ø Responsibility for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) sales activities within the Zone

Ø Active presence in conference (e.g. CPHI), networking events and other sales activities

Ø To promote, improve and optimize sales of CEPIA portfolio / more than 150 APIs

Ø These activities should improve results with optimization of margin and site added value coverage

Ø To contribute to the definition of the commercial strategy for the Zone and Business Units (BU´s)

Ø To visit customers, to make sure that all business opportunities which would be of interest for Sanofi have been identified. To manage Communication of such information within the Company.

Ø To follow carefully the optimization process of commercial actions and initiatives which should improve such activity

Ø To participate in contract negotiations with the Zone Director, support functions (controlling, QA & RA, etc.) and legal department.

Ø To manage the commercial network including business administration

Ø To favor initiatives which should consolidate direct link between Sanofi and customers

Ø To participate in commercial performance measurement (Key Performance Indicators) (market evolution / % market shares / % Gross margin) to optimize results and to adjust commercial strategy (i.e. to obtain the best compromise: turnover vs. Margin)

Ø To communicate systematically market information in order to consolidate data and the market players / to double-check and challenge market information in order to be sure of relevancy and accuracy of such information




We required:

Ø Bachelor`s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy !!

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years overall Sales experience / preferably within Pharma Industry

Ø Solid background in API pharmaceutical operations (sales, quality, technical or supply chain)

Ø Advanced English is required, other languages skills advantage

Ø Willingness to travel up to 30-40 % of working time

Ø Develop strong relationships with clients, strong multi-cultural skills and experience

Ø Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build and maintain relationships

Ø Demonstrated skill, and comfort in customer acquisition process

Ø Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Ø Persistence with client base to ensure project achievement
