Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Preparation and processing journal entries
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Receiving and scanning of incoming invoices
• Issuing Excel invoices
• Settlements of advances with employees
• Performing documents for tax returns/statistical reports
• Supporting external and internal audits
• Contact internal and external partners ( lawyers, bank, car-leasing company ...)
• Ordering Multi ticket, Ticket restaurant
• Acting in accordance with the principles of SOX controls ( cooperating with auditors)
• Archiving contracts and documents
• Identifying potential process improvements opportunities

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
Cash register - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in accounting/finance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Good English language skills
• Good written and oral communication, high level of time management, ability to meet strict deadlines
