Job description, responsibilities and duties

Disciplinary and functional leadership of the unit’s employees
- Provision of sufficient number of appropriately skilled internal and external employees for the area of responsibility
- Staff projects, sub-projects and application management teams in the relevant area
- Management of training courses (and further education) as well as knowledge management in the relevant area
Take over product responsibility and bundling employees in Slovakia in the following areas
- Enterprise Content Management Solution, e.g.:
- Document Management (Documentum, OpenText, Scanning, OCR, …)
- Archiving (OpenText/IXOS, ...)
- Web/Online Solutions, e.g.:
- Web Content Management (RedDot, Bespoke…)
- Web Application Design and Development (.Net, PHP, …)
- Collaboration Solutions (e.g. MS SharePoint, …)
- Portal Management (e.g. SAP Enterprise Portal, MS SharePoint Portal)
- Business Intelligence area (SAP BI is advantage)
- Enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics, ...) - SAP ERP/ISU/CRM is advantage
- Database systems/modeling (Oracle, MS SQL)
- Integration middleware solutions (SAP PI, WSO2, ...)
Take over service management responsibility for certain products in case the responsibility is not taken over by an “application management” unit, e.g.:
- Contribution to One Year Planning, Mid-Term-Planning
- Planning and measuring application support and operation activities
- Calculation of product costs
- Being responsible that the product costs remain in line with targets
Responsibility for managing projects and sub-projects in case the responsibility is not taken over by a “program delivery” unit
- Developing reliable project planning based on business requirements and IT capabilities
- Managing project execution (Staffing, Monitoring and controlling risks, Gaining project acceptance from the business, …)
- Managing project completion and closure
