Customer Service Centre Logistic Representative

1. Establish daily contact to the customer in support of current and future business requirements as well as delivery performance metrics,
2. Support Logistics and Supply Chain activities amongst the various production affiliates based on the specific customer requirements/specifications and/or best practices as advised by Central Logistics,
3. Support the necessary Logistics and Supply Chain escalation processes for the various production affiliates towards the customer
4. Manage long- and short-term forecasts
5. Manage forecast increases
6. Manage stock level in regards to quantity and value
7. Monitor and respond to customer delivery performance metrics and concerns as they arise,
8. Support and lead the Project Logistics requirements for all programs following closely the program management requirements,
9. Prepare overall logistics & supply chain costs and related quotations for new programs and current programs when required, co-ordinate quotations from the various affiliates and Central Logistics team members were required,
10. Negotiation of the initial and subsequent Logistics change prices with customer in support of the Sales team,
11. Maintain financial target commitment(s) for the respective programs related to the Logistics and Warehousing cost aspects,
12. Communicate with the Sales Team in regards to open customer issues related to cost, payments, deliveries and quality
