- deal with internal and external customers and interact to suppliers

- Clarification of invoice discrepancies

- Uploading and managing new prices in SAP system

- Performing spend analysis per commodity

- Shopping cart creation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Good communication skills and a can do attitude

- English is a must and German preferred

- MS Office (Excel- must)

- SAP- basics
