Job description, responsibilities and duties
Making travel arrangements; and assisting with managing expenses:
- arranging travel schedule and reservations (booking of air tickets)
- handling travel expenses
- organizing hotel reservations
Internal communication:
- On-boarding/Off-boarding of team members (with all relevant accesses, tools, etc.)
- Providing technical support in internal Travel system and first contact for travel issue
