Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Drive new ERP (QAD) implementation in automotive interiors plants in Europe and North America
- Perform initial month/Year end closing activities together with plant finance team on site.
- Coordinate implementation of ERP with various departments across organization
- Perform ERP system data administration
- Support data conversion and validation of finance data
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure smooth data administration and end user support
- Responsible for managing business and end users requirements towards ERP setup
- Communication with QAD helpdesk and resolving ERP setup issues with QAD developers
- Support and maintenance of financial reporting ERP system tools
- Preparation of work instructions and training materials.
- Provide ERP trainings to end users
Requirements for the employee

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Passion in working with financial systems
- University degree in management/economics/IT or equivalent business background with a strong focus on ERP systems and finance
- Complex ERP system experience. QAD or SAP is advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of financial systems/finance controlling/RTR department/system implementation/ERP consultancy/IT project management
- .NET UI, 4GL Progress, VBA programming skills are advantage
- Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills and knowledge
- Strong time management, high analytical working skills, strong team orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
