RTR Intercompany Supervisor

Objective of function:
• Lead and manage accounting team in daily operations and in projects
• Motivate and develop team members
• Support timely and accurate reporting of financial results
• Ensure ethical and accounting principle compliance

Main tasks/Important responsibilities
• Ensure intercompany journal entries are posted according to defined procedures, with appropriate coding and quality in ERP
• Utilizing knowledge on Intercompany reconciliations, out of balance resolutions, month end process, posting of accruals, understanding and maintaining of financial reporting
• Support and lead accounting team in the out of balances resolutions according to defined procedures and policies
• Lead accounting team during month end process and ensure all activities performed within deadlines
• Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
• Timely react on any requests from internal and external parties, support resolutions
• Quality and SOX controls, participate on BOS and audits
• Responsibility for results of the team, quality of work, people rotation and staffing
