Quality Engineer AQE (Business Unit) is responsible for the fulfilling the quality related deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include:
CUSTOMER NEEDS
- Plan, organize and drive the team to implement preventive actions in projects to exceed customer and Yanfeng expectations
- Communicate with customer for Quality topics and synchronize (or align) with project team members
- Support the program launch for any quality concerns latest for SOP + 30 calendar days
- Interface and fulfillment of customer specific requirements - Ensure correct application of APQP
YFAI PROCESSES
- Coordinate and participate in Quality relevant activities and workshops
- Responsible to fix quality concerns during program execution before SOP
- Promote quality tools
- Apply and develop YFAI Business Operating System
SQE INTERFACE
- Accountable to get SAQE deliverables

Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of working experience on quality related activities in automotive environment
- English OR German language is a MUST - Fluency in reading, writing and speaking
- Knowledge of both languages is big ADVANTAGE
- Experience with OEM’s and/or Supplier
- Trained in standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS): ISO TS 16949
- Application of QMS tools and techniques: APQP, FMEA, SPC, DOE, QFD, 8D, Risk assessment, audit, Minitab- Bachelor/
- Universal degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent
- High level of flexibility for travel
