Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
• Ensure smooth daily operations regarding on-time monthly reporting
• Timely react on any requests from external parties
• Support close activities (prepare accruals and provisions)
• Prepare allocation of incoming invoices to cost centers
• Prepare reconciliations of various GL accounts including prepayments and accruals
• Actively communicate with Accounts payable and Intercompany departments to ensure correct posting of invoices
• Support of controlling function during planning and budgeting process

• Min 2 years of experience in the Accounting department of an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector or in an accounting company
• Strong accounting background and accuracy
• MS-Office, SAP & Hyperion experience
• Fluent in English
