Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties


• Payroll administration of monthly salaries for Bratislava location (up to 250 employees)
• Maintenance of the payroll and attendance system, updates of new and existing employees
• Preparation of regular reports for governmental and other external companies, cooperation with Slovak Labor office
• Accruals preparation for the Accounting department
• Registration of employees at health and social insurance companies
• Employee termination administration and documentation
• Providing consultancy to the employees and managers about Slovak Labor Code

HR Administration
• Maintenance of the HR system and personnel files
• Preparation of HR documents for employees such as contract amendments, employment confirmations, invitations letters etc.
• Employee termination administration and documentation
• Maternity/Paternity agenda
• Expat agenda administration

• Meal vouchers administration
• Launch of new benefits, discounts, communication with external vendors
• Administration of all benefits and allowances – language courses, cafeteria system, housing allowance etc.
• Medical checks administration and communication with the supplier
• Support on organization of Corporate Social Responsibility activities

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in relevant field
• Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of Slovak Labor Code
• Fluent English
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
