Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- responsibility for smooth process of conversion and transfer VDA/EDI self-bill data to ERP
- determining whether received self-bills are complete
- tracking of issues which do not allow us to process received self-bill, finding possible solutions how to proceed
- self-bills, retro-bills processing in ERP
- preparing price/quantity discrepancy reports as result of processed self-bill
- inform Cash Application team when the self-bill, retro-bill is available for cash application
- close communication with Customer Business Units and Pricing team regarding retro-billing
- ensure KPIs are met
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- Min 2 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting company
- Strong Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, ERPs - preferred QAD, MFG-Pro, SAP is advantage
- Fluent in English
