Job description:
- Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
- Ensure smooth daily operations regarding on-time monthly reporting
- Support resolution of accounting issues by outlining available options (e.g., technical US GAAP or IFRS questions coming from the business like “how to account for leasing contracts under US GAAP or IFRS”)
- Timely react on any requests from internal and external parties
- Book and reconcile daily bank statements
- Support resolution of accounting issues by outlining available options
- Advanced cash reporting and Treasury support (Bank relationship)
- Audit support and reconciliation reviewer / controller
- Active involvement in projects (ERP deployment, bank accounts setup, other)
- Support and coordination of processes /team effectiveness
- Detailed knowledge about Front and Back office tasks/processes
- Presentation various topics / coordination of meetings
- Perform Month end close activities as per deadlines

- Fluent in English
- Experience with transitions or special projects
- FIA intermediate is advantage
