Job description:
- Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
- Ensure smooth daily operations regarding on-time monthly reporting
- Timely react on any requests from internal and external parties
- Perform weekly matching of AP and AR (at line/invoice level)
- Discrepancy analysis and resolution in accordance with IC policies and standard (in cooperation with plant controllers/BUF)
- Settlement and collection of reconciled balances in accordance with IC policies and standard (payment selection and cash application)
MEC accrual proposal preparation, OOB balancing and resolution, MEC escalation
- Preparation of IC final reconciliations, aging files, ad hoc requests, etc.
