Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Monitor contractors to ensure they are compliant with minimum HSE requirements and have a valid permit to work
Ensure that the company’s HSE policies are fully complied with in order to reduce the risk of litigation
Communicate BOS procedures and cooperate with the plant team during the implementation
Co-ordinate and control First Aid activities , accident & spillage investigations and collation of accident statistics (internal and external reporting)
Liaise with Regional HSE Champion and HR Team on occupational health issues.
Liaise with the Regional HSE Champion on all environmental compliance issues.
Host and lead safety meetings. Represent plant externally on HSE issues, in cooperation and agreement with the regional HSEE Champion.
Control of incidents involving fire or other emergencies.
Ensure those people with responsibility for safety and environment are challenged
Act as the “internal consultant” to the plant manager and to the plant management team
Conduct statutory required measurements like noise measurements, ESD measuring, Infrared measuring etc.. Initiate appropriate corrective actions
Provide and/or conduct training in all HSE matters
