- Maintaining QAD EE platform for EU and NA region
- Securing proper closing process
- Resolution of end users issues
- Coordinating change requests with Business and IT
- Prepare and build reports based on business needs in ERP
- Train end users globally
- Strong support to project team during QAD implementation
- Proactively identifying gaps in the system and processes to improve performance and efficiency
