We are continuously evolving and improving our ways of working and you will be actively participating on it. Your main responsibility will be supporting European staffing actions according to current and future business strategies.

Your main duties will be:
- Being the 'face of the company' and ensuring a positive candidate experience every time
- Create and implement a social media recruiting strategy
- Develop and implement other creative recruiting strategies for attracting candidates on a proactive basis
- Build a talent pipeline of professionals to meet current and future internal staffing needs
- Candidate preselection and communication regarding assigned positions
- Create and maintain a strong professional social media presence (i.e., LinkedIn, Xing) and utilize social media to promote the Company as an employer.
- Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and candidate experience
- Work with other recruiters, operations management or client's workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts
