Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an outstanding career opportunity to support ambitious and continuing growth within whole company. You will be part of the new Central Staffing team for Europe and South Africa. We are continuously evolving and improving our ways of working and you will be actively participating on it. Your main responsibility will be supporting European staffing actions according to current and future business strategies.

Your main duties will be:
- Being the 'face of the company' and ensuring a positive candidate experience every time
- Create and implement a social media recruiting strategy
- Develop and implement other creative recruiting strategies for attracting candidates on a proactive basis
- Build a talent pipeline of professionals to meet current and future internal staffing needs
- Candidate preselection and communication regarding assigned positions
- Create and maintain a strong professional social media presence (i.e., LinkedIn, Xing) and utilize social media to promote the Company as an employer.
- Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and candidate experience
- Work with other recruiters, operations management or client's workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Serious but fun approach to work
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably as Talent Researcher/Hunter in recruitment agency or in-house recruitment department
- Manufacturing/Engineering sourcing experience is a plus
- Proven experience successfully utilizing social media for recruiting
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to make cold calls to candidates who match a desired profile
- Skilled at researching, investigating and garnering information from internet site resources
- Excellent written communications skills, including the ability to write effective recruitment adverts and candidates assessments
- Able to work well independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- English is must, German is a big advantage
