Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Requirements elicitation, prioritization and analysis
- Document elicitation results
- Prepare requirements packages
- Communicate requirements and adapt communication tone to various stakeholders
- Assess capability gaps between identified needs and organization’s capabilities
- Define solution scope
- Define assumptions and constraints
- Verify and validate requirements
- Assist stakeholders in prioritizing requirements
- Evaluate solution performance
- Manage requirements traceability
- Assist strategic stakeholders in defining business needs
- Produce and maintain Business Analysis outputs, including use cases, requirements, mock-ups, user sto-ries, other UML diagrams
- Conduct feasibility and related studies for IT and non-IT projects
- Assist business owners with articulating vision and writing business cases
- Provide input and collaborate with the testing team members on test plans
- Assist with system configuration during solution deployment
- Assist business users managing applications to organize structure and content according to information architecture best practices
- Taking an active part in an agile development environment (Scrum)
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation
- Prepare training material
- Conduct user training
- Model, analyse, and improve business processes
- Perform business data modelling
- Perform stakeholder analysis
- Specifying user interfaces
- Document standard operating procedures (in cooperation with the QA)
- Develop use cases/user stories and assist in developing test cases
- Contribute to testing in different stages

Desirable experience with following tools
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and higher
- Dynamics 365 desirabla
- Ms Office (MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint / MS Visio)
- Wireframing tool
- Document management systems
- MS SharePoint 2010 and higher
- Sparx Enterprise Architect / Case tools
- BPMN 2.0
- TFS
