Site administrator / Controller (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for administrative procedures at the site in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
  • Order handling, controlling and reporting (e.g., producing quotations, contracts and budgets as well as assessment of work in progress, provisions and deferrals)
  • Support for project management (e.g., progress control, cost and revenue control, deviations analysis)
  • Preparing monthly reports and assistance for quarterly and annual reporting
  • Safeguarding sound claims, receivables and risk management
  • Responsibility for purchasing and subcontractor management
  • Involvement in budget and medium-term planning
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management / economics with a focus on controlling, taxation or finance and accounting or corresponding professional experience
  • Several years of experience in commercial project management as well as knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to work unassisted with targeted approach
  • Highly practical approach (hands-on mentality) together with social and intercultural skills as well as willingness to travel
  • Dedication and commitment together with assured conduct in dealing with staff, customers, suppliers and external consultants
  • Good German or English language skills (preferably German)
  • MS Office and SAP R/3 skills would be preferable
