Unique x-bionicsphere multifunctional resort is looking for a colleague with passion for hospitality, to join their Human Resources department!
Main responsibilities:
*Recruitment & New Hires Inductions
- Posting of job advertisements
- Administration of incoming applications
- Conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- New employees’ registrations, administration and orientation/induction
*Payroll Administration
- Assists with the monthly Payroll Administration
- Administration of monthly attendance for the purpose of payroll
*Administration of the department and HR Statistics
- Maintains filing system of personal files
- Keeps record of varios HR statistics
*Employee benefits and communication with employees
- Coordinates social benefits and activities for employees
- Helps to maintain the information flow with employees of the resort (info emails, boards, posters, etc.)
*Employee counselling
- Answers employees’ queries with regards to all HR and payroll matters
- Helps to keep up and enhances good employee relations
