Field Application Engineer (m/f) IC-Houses Eastern Europe Munich-Garching

Your tasks on board
As our Field Application Engineer (m/f) IC-Houses Eastern Europe you are going to assume team leader responsibilities after a yearlong training period. Furthermore you are responsible for the following tasks:
  • Provides technical support to IC-Manufacturer for multiple power supply topologies to meet or improve their requirements with Würth Electronics products and technical knowledge
  • Provides technical support to IC-Manufacturer to help them develop reference circuits, writing datasheets and application / design notes
  • Use communication skills to build strategic relationships with key technologists and customers
  • Support Würth Elektronik eiSos Strategic Product Development Team
Your requirements
  • Bachelor / Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE is required/Dipl.Ing. or MSEE is preferred)
  • Experience in designing electronic circuits is prefered
  • Good understanding of fundamental electrical design elements (capacitor, inductor, transformer, resistor, diode)
  • Strong understanding of power supply topologies & design requirements
  • Experience in managing a team is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Eastern European languages (e.g. Czech, Polish, Serbian) are an advantage; good English skills, written and verbal
  • Your strenghts: Self motivated and energetic with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
