Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities include:
• Manage project progress and time lines, identify & address operational risk, prioritize & change scope when necessary
• Produce implementation plans and time lines covering all aspects of a project cycle providing regular updates to senior management
• Perform detailed financial and strategic analysis including financial modeling, and valuation for wide range of corporate finance situations
• Provide control and report regularly on reviews of business plans and feasibility studies
• Play an integral part in transaction development and all phases of execution, due diligence, negotiations, and definitive documentation

WOOD & Company is seeking an addition to its investment banking team in the capacity of an Investment Banking Senior Project Manager position.
The position offers exposure to different areas of business and provides an opportunity to collaborate directly with the Wood & Company directors and BoD members / top management of portfolio companies. Selected candidate will be expected to take ownership and contribute to forming of business strategies, goal setting, budgeting, and operational risk management.

progressively responsible experience in investments, financial
planning, project management and project implementation, 2+
years of management or formal leadership experience. Private
equity experience is welcome.
