We are currently recruiting a trouble ticket management system key user who will play a key role in supporting our processes and tolls across area CZ/HU/SK/RO and optimizing our services processes. These candidate will be responsible for the high level tasks of handling the processes, tools, reporting related to the Service business.

We are looking for a pro-active person eager to develop their carrier in a fast moving environment.

This position will interact with Sales teams and internal teams throughout the business.

• Interaction with teams across region and Services teams.
• Maintenance, implementation and rollout of tools and processes across region.
• Sharing of detailed information with the regions.

Experience – more than 3 years in field of ITIL processes
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills in English
Team spirit
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills - including the ability to absorb new information
Understanding of how the technology translates into business solutions
Ability to identify problems and analytical skills
Flexibility and possibly as part of the mission work
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Advantages:
Experience with ITSM (ITIL)
Experience of "Customer Experience Analysis" (web analysis, customer analysis, segmentation analysis, contact center)
Experience of the "executive level interactions"
Direct experience in training / coaching
