Job description, responsibilities and duties

What is the goal of this position?
- Upgrade of the presentation of Whirlpool brands and products;
- Shaping and delivering Regional online strategy in line with European strategy;
- Increase the organization’s focus on online business and increasing quality of its online presence;
- Maximize profitable sales from these channels in the Region;
- Optimize return on online marketing investment.

How to do it?
- Increase quantity and quality of traffic, work with marketing department to optimize return on investment;
- Implement and leverage analytics tools to track results, present them to local and regional management;
- Manage the Regional online marketing budget:
- Manage online marketing agency and coordinate in-house resources to deliver innovative marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO and affiliate campaigns;
- Maximize conversion targets for traffic from brand website to partner online retailers or own shop;
- Optimize content and form of websites and social media presentations in terms of consumer experience and conversion;
- Manage and develop in-house online sales tools and product presentations.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Whom are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience in online marketing or sales;
- Previous excellent results in managing and creating online marketing strategy of an online store or consumer products company;
- Someone who managed specialized online marketing agencies and has defined and implemented SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing activities with the result of delivering significant increases in traffic and sales;
- Great feel for UX and customer online behavior;
- Able to not only plan online activities but also to present them to management, budget them and successfully implement them;
- Fluent English.
