* preparing daily offers (stocklists) in Excel
* entering orders to our system
* registering new customers
* making sure all the required paperwork is done
* posting and updating our offers and requests on trading platforms
* communication with international customers using email, phone, Skype and WhatsApp
* checking stock availability with our suppliers
* checking the delivery options with our logistic department
