Business Development Manager / Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Automotive Business Development and Project Manager to manage 1 or more parallel running projects of our international clients. This is a visible role, as you will be working with other departments to ensure that projects are being handled on time and with the utmost quality care. In addition, you will also use your previous Sales or Key Account background to develop your department with satiesfied customers and new business. • Ensuring that program / project targets are met (timing, quality, cost, customer satisfaction), and reporting regularly about program / project status.
• Maintaining proper documentation for program / project gates (timing milestones, cost transparency).
• Participating in team meetings to match the agreed on targets in close co-operation with process engineering, purchase, production, quality, supply chain logistic, sales.
• Participate in the release, ramp-up of product launches and modified production processes (to speed up change management).
• Induce continuous improvement processes.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9000 and ISO TS 16949.
• Representation of company’s interests towards customers and suppliers.
• Maintain all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Some travel (domestic and overseas) may be required.
