Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main role of a human resource specialist is to recruit, support, train, and place employees of a company.
You will be responsible for:
• Recruitment and talent attraction to build a strong team for a new plant
• Collaboration with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for open positions
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation and on-boarding
• Implementing training programs and development plans
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Processing and maintenance of documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
• Assisting in the development and promote HR programs and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Personality requirements and skills
Active team player with ability to work autonomously, react quickly to changing situations, effectively communicate and with solid Human Resources processes knowledges (mainly recruitment, staffing, on-boarding and development) - that´s the combination we are looking for.
Experience in field of Human Resources in automotive production, demanding, process-oriented environment and tight deadlines, is a must.
