Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an Advanced Drupal developer who knows Drupal inside and out. This candidate needs to have exceptional programming skills, problem-solving abilities and strong work ethic.

The position will require the developer to work on-site in Slovakia, and manage multiple tasks while delivering projects on time and on budget

The Developer will be exposed to the latest technologies and work in a very vibrant team. The tasks are very challenging and the eagerness to learn or improvise is highly recommended. The Job at hand is a great opportunity especially due to the unique projects the developer will be working on.

Job Responsibilities
• Custom programming and web application development for Drupal
• Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing website
• Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems

Personality requirements and skills

• Proficient in Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API along with module and core API customization
• Minimum 2+ years of Drupal hands-on development experience.
• Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.
• Experience integrating open source and third-party applications/APIs into existing systems.
• Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, Javascript, PHP and CSS
• Familiarity with source control systems, 3rd party api integrations, api developement, security, etc.
• Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, qa)
• Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
• Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies
• Expereinces in developing webservices.
• Speak English
• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field (or combined with related experience)
• Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, PHP and CSS
• Minimum 2 years of Drupal programming experience (samples of websites/webservices that you have worked on are required)
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
Advantageous Experience
• Knowledge of SEO coding best practices
• C++ and Javascript
