Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

Your role

  • Analyze the regional demand and identify and prioritize potential markets and clients.
  • Select and evaluate new projects according to the global & regional sales strategy.
  • Work closely with our regional sales team in Frýdek-Místek and our global sales team in Belgium to assess client needs and to customize winning solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate and secure new project orders to meet your sales target.
  • Maintain the relationship with the client during project execution and after sales services.

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering; additional qualifications in marketing or business development are a strong asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in an engineering environment or with b to b projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal management skills for effective and tactful interaction with clients and investors.
  • Able to work independently and within a team of internal colleague engineers.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must. Knowledge of other languages in Central & Eastern Europe is an advantage.
